“I was on a panel at an event John shot. His ability to capture behind the scenes while being totally stealth was impressive. He also shot the cocktail party for TEDxLincolnSquare, and from those pics, I knew I wanted to hire John to capture my brand for The Big Talk. John’s understanding of expression and story-telling is very much how I work as a director, and with his background in television, he knows how to capture intention.
In preparation for our session, John expressed his… well… his obsession with detail. Each look needed to be specific and each detail of the wardrobe, shoes, rings, earrings would be accounted for. He also understood that I would be using these images not only for the website, but also for future blog posts, social media and events. He was thorough and comprehensive.
