Saying you crushed it isn't enough. Show them the proof.
Event coverage for speakers, conferences, and masterminds.
You just finished. The room got more than what they came for, and somebody found you afterward to tell you just that.
You, in front of the room, earning their attention, is where you shine brightest. Bureaus need to see it. Event organizers need to see it. The client deciding about next quarter needs to see it.
“Because he has so much experience working with speakers, he knew exactly what shots to take. I use these photos across my website and social media.”
Where These Photos Actually Go
One event can carry you for months. Here's where they end up:
Your website
Speaker kit and one-sheets
Bureau profile
Future pitches and submissions
LinkedIn posts and your featured section
Event recap pages
Thumbnails and graphics for your reel
Launch announcements
Sponsor decks and conference sales pages
“We needed photos for marketing our conference and other uses. John captured candid moments from every angle, giving us dozens of powerful images to choose from.”
What Actually Gets Captured
This isn't just you in front of the room. It's the whole day:
Before. The tech check, the room getting set, the walkthrough with the sponsors, the dinner the night before. Show them you’re detail-oriented and easy to work with.
During. The main event, the participants engaging with you and each other. The actual work, and the room getting it.
After. The book signing, the hallway conversation, the selfies with participants, the debrief with the team. The stuff that proves it landed.
Keynote, conference, mastermind, book launch, retreat, coaching session, it doesn't matter what the format is. The point is to capture the moments that let somebody see what it's like in your room.
“He captured my work and the momentum behind it.”
Every room is different
Each one proves something different about you.
KEYNOTES
You on the big stage, working the room. The gestures you don't know you make, the faces in the crowd, the moment the whole room leans in at once. This is what it looks like when you deliver at scale.
Signature Conferences
Your event with your name on it. The opening remarks, the sponsors you brought in, the energy of a few hundred people you convinced to show up. This is what it looks like when you can build a room, not just speak in one.
Masterminds & Workshops
Smaller rooms, deeper work. You facilitating, the whiteboard filling up, the conversation that changes somebody's next twelve months. This is what it looks like when people pay for premium access to you.
Special Events and Milestone Moments
Book launches, award ceremonies, bureau showcases, media appearances. The markers in your career that only happen once. Worth capturing because you'll be using these for years.
How It Works
We talk first. What the event is, what you need coming out of it, and what moments matter most to you. 30 minutes on the phone ensures the right assets are delivered.
I shoot the whole arc. Before, during, after - acting as a fly-on-the-wall capturing real moments of you and the people in the room.
I cut it down. I pare down the massive pile to the ones worth using.
It comes back sorted. Organized by activity captured, so you're not scrolling through a folder trying to find a stage shot, sponsor interaction, or happy hour moment.
You use it right away. Delivered ready for your website, one-sheet, social, wherever you need them to go.
