People engage and post on social media for a wide variety of reasons - some are more self-serving than others.
It’s this reality that turns many thought leaders off to promoting themselves on social in the first place. They don’t want to be seen as this type of person who goes on social media exclusively to seek validation from the attention that he or she receives from others.
In my client, Chinwe’s, case, she understands the icky feeling that some people have when thinking about posting online, but, her overall objective of serving others supersedes that hesitation.
