Renovation job on my website — done and done!
New year, new(ish) website, :)
Cliche? Perhaps. Necessary to move me forward? #yeahabsolutely
After spending the past couple weeks tweaking, tweaking, tweaking, I’m excited to announce that johndemato.com has finally been renovated, :)
The funny part is that the bulk of the work needed to be done in my head and not on the actual pages.
I wanted to reorganize the way that I’m seen by those I serve, and that meant that I had to re-think the entire structure of the site. I wanted to tie in the work that I do with my speaker, author, coach clients as well as the work I do with my fellow photographers.
As a result, my homepage is now a directory page, which clearly points people in the right direction from the moment they land on it.
This directory page curates a much different experience than what I have been working with for the past couple years. Then, my homepage was all about the photos, and, if you’ve ever read an article from my blog, you know that the service and value I provide is FAR beyond the portrait session itself.
I was adamant that I had to address that issue, and I believe I’ve rectified it, :)
At the end of the day, I’m excited to give my site a much-needed facelift in order to truly reflect the direction that my business is taking in 2019 and beyond.
