[PODCAST] Gerbycast with Phil Gerbyshak
A picture is worth a million bucks?
It could be if you have the right photos and use them the right way :)
In my 5+ years working with experts, I’ve been fortunate enough to meet a wide variety of interesting people.
I met Phil through the National Speakers Association, and have chatted with him on several occasions, mostly because I think he’s a cool dude.
And, he happens to know a thing or two about LinkedIn, sales and leadership, so there’s that, as well.
The icing on the cake is that his glasses game is STRONG, and I’m a sucker for details :)
Regardless of the specs, he was kind enough to invite me recently to his show to talk about pictures.
Specifically, we chatted about:
Why it’s important for speaker experts to invest in both photos and video
Why it’s important for them to also be mindful to share professional and smartphone self-portraits
How photos help create the perception that an expert is worth every penny they charge
How to qualify the right photographer for you
Where should an emerging speaker start when figuring out the photos they need to promote their business, brand and services
Here’s where you can listen to our conversation.
