"You're totally trustworthy..."

You know what’s awesome to hear out of a potential client’s mouth?

“You’re totally trustworthy.” :)

In order to build a memorable and referable online presence, there needs to be a high level of trust within everything you post.

From the stories that you share to the consistency with which you share them, the moment that you capture someone’s attention, everything from that point on must be aligned with everything that came before it and build on it.

If you go off the reservation and eliminate that consistency, then the trust is broken - and it’s hard, if not impossible, to get them back on board.

And that’s why the way you present your expertise and personality in your image content is critical.

It’s critical that your images capture the unique wrinkles that encapsulates who you are, who you serve and why you do what you do.

During a conversation with my client, Kate, we touched on this topic, as well as a few others:

  • Why she felt the need to invest in branded lifestyle portraits

  • The value of the pre-session strategy calls that were conducted

  • Her apprehensions before investing in the session

  • How people have reacted to her website renovation
