Giving thanks
Take time to be thankful...
tis the season, right?
For what are you thankful for on this Thanksgiving eve?
What has happened this past year that you can look back on with fondness and happiness?
We often get so wrapped up in our day-to-day that we don’t leave any time for reflection, and that’s a problem.
It’s important to acknowledge what’s going right as it helps us to stay motivated to fix what’s not going right. And while it’s taken me many years to actually learn this important lesson, it’s now something I don’t take for granted.
So, as you spend the next few days eating, and then eating some more, while spending time with friends and family, leave some room over the next few days to reflect on things for which you are grateful and sit with those feelings.
It’s good for ya, after all :)
Also, I’d like to take this opportunity to extend some gratitude to you for continuing to follow along my journey through this blog.
You know, it’s nice to know that there are those of you who find value in these articles, and I’m grateful that I can be of service to you in this way.
So thank you - it means a lot to me :)
I wish you all a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday - be well...and don’t fight with your Uncle for once, huh? Just let him talk, ok? He’s harmless and doesn’t know any better!
