[PODCAST] Bring out your true nature in front of the camera
For many people, the idea of being in front of a camera, whether it’s professional-grade, smartphone, disposable, whatever, is a nightmare of biblical proportions.
Doesn’t matter how successful, happy, healthy, or fulfilled in life they are, the moment that lens is pointed at them, they get all squirmy and weird.
And it’s written all over their faces for everyone to see, and for them to hate for the duration of the photo living on the internet…
…which, basically, is forever.
As a result, their personality and essence is hidden under uncomfortable fake smiles and awkward body language in every photo in which they appear.
But, does it have to be that way?
As someone who literally ran away from cameras at family functions and hanging out with friends for decades, I can honestly and confidently say NO.
During my conversation with Brant Menswar and Jim Knight on their Thoughts That Rock podcast, I talk about how to get past the uneasiness, fear and/or anxiety that you feel when in front of the camera…
…and how that conscious decision leads to revealing your true nature in every single photo that you take moving forward.
Believe it or not :)

Thanks to Brant and Jim for allowing me to swing by…you two are awesome and it was such a pleasure :)
