The answer is more simple - and difficult - than you think :)

When I first started my own business in 2014, I had absolutely no idea what I was in for regarding the level of commitment needed to build sustainability.

It was never the plan, so I never cared to think about it. So, it’s all been on the job training.

Fortunately, my job involves serving a lot of smart experts in a variety of areas of life and business, so, I’ve been able to glean a lot of valuable strategies, tactics and insights from those I serve.

So it’s been on-the-job training with PAY :)

But, building sustainability is one thing. Taking it to the next level is another conversation entirely.

My colleague, speaker, author and consultant, Ron Karr, sat down with High Point University’s Dr. Nido Qubein to talk about how to be extraordinary.
