“John has a gift as a photographer to make the people he works with as comfortable in front of the camera as they are at home.

Having been in the entertainment world and through many photo shoots, I have spent a lot of time doing a forced and false smile so it was refreshing to work with someone who actually got a real smile out of me.

John took the time before our session to really dig deep into what I wanted out of the shoot and helped me prepare for it in a way that felt natural and not overwhelming. He helped me identify not only a diversity of looks for the shoot but a wide array of themes as well.

Once we got into the room the time just flew by. John is brilliant when it comes to using space and time effectively leaving me with such a wide variety of shots that I have material for everything from headshots, to social media images, to images I can use for practically any post.

I have always been reticent to share photos and have hidden behind old headshots for a really long time. John helped me have a series of images that I can be proud of and excited about.
