Looking towards 2022

So what are you going after in 2022?

What’s on the horizon for you?

As we approach the new year, this is usually the time when people start thinking about what they want to do differently in their lives and businesses. 

As you ruminate, marinate and ponder all of the possibilities, answer this one question:

What does success look like on December 29, 2022? 

My colleague, Ron Karr, suggests starting with a blank sheet of paper and writing the most audacious, ideal outcome that comes to mind. 

Doesn’t matter that you aren’t sure how to get there yet, but if you start with a goal in mind, that keeps your focus on the rails and working towards an end game. 

Another thing - don’t allow your past successes and failures to determine your future. Block out your history, live in the present moment and allow yourself to visualize what you truly want. 

Is it more clients? More subscribers? More members? More stages?

Reverse engineer from the ideal outcome the steps you believe it will take to get there, and get to work on it. The answers will come to you as you embark on this journey. 

Whatever your audacious goals are, I wish you nothing but the best in achieving them in the coming year. 

Enjoy the rest of the holiday season, spend some quality times with loved ones, and come out of the gates with a full head of steam looking to crush the new year :)
