“I have several New Balance Classic pairs, but this one was the first to make it on my feet. It’s a standard colorway that I had to have, nodding to the old days when I only wore dark sneakers like black, navy blue or gray.
What I like about these is how the white fabric detail on the sides pops out against the darker gray tone to add some extra flavor to the overall presentation.
I’ve worn these for many photography gigs, and as a result, the heel is pretty worn down. I spare these often nowadays as I don’t really want to completely destroy the heel and make them unwearable.”
