“When a friend of mine - a true sneakerhead - saw these for the first time, he referred to them as the ‘Michigan Wolverines pair.’ When I bought them, that never really clicked in my mind. And now, that’s the only way I refer to them.
The blue and maize is a classic colorway, and I, of course, had to have them. While they’ve taken a beating as I’ve worn these many times during portrait and live event sessions for clients, they still are holding up fairly well.
